"Let me just start by saying that changing insurance has never been this painless! I recently contacted State Farm Rick Hittle's office to explore my options, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I spoke with Imani, I knew I was in good hands. Imani was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all my questions. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I truly appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile to find the right coverage for me."

"Unfortunately, I was in an accident and I explained to this branch that I’ve never been in an accident, never even had so much as a speeding ticket. This is the time when I needed to be informed and in the know on the process. Instead the agents I dealt with were content with shrugging the traumatic situation off and keeping me guessing. I was under the impression insurance agents act as a liaison. I had to find out in this circumstance that somehow the agreed upon rental coverage when I signed up wasn’t on my coverage… no assistance with a rental or trying to rectify their mistake. Instead, the blame was shifted and they tried to say I remembered wrong. Then, had 2 appraisal and only recently found out the car needed to be taken in to see if it’s a total. Who called me? It wasn’t the insurance agency or claims…. It was the tow truck company to come get my car for the appraisal. When I signed up I thought I was in good hands. I’m not impressed and this has been the most stressful ordeal. Due to my experience, I can’t say I recommend this company or specific branch. Edit: you also said on your initial call that one star wouldn’t matter to you because you have a “high rating”. The initial quote was just that, an initial quote! I agreed with Erald to put the expensive car rental on my monthly bill. It was my mistake for not following up like I’ve had to do every step of the way. You called me only because you wanted to remove the one star. Not one time did you try to improve the service or the problem itself. So yeah, the one star stays because of the car rental fiasco that was on your end as well as for the lack of communication every single step of the way through this ordeal. Don’t worry, people will find out the ineptitude when they really need your company for its intended purpose."
